We have had the privilege of creating a Mobile App and a back end Administration Panel for FC Peterborough to enable them to manage their students and administration effectively.

 

FC Peterborough Requirement

Manually registering students and managing them on the whole was becoming a daunting task for the administrator/ registration coaches of FC Peterborough. They required an app that allows the administrator/ registration coaches to register players easily, without losing the data. They also needed an updated and effective system to manage the students, coaches and the general administration.

Kick off with the Mobile App

FC Peterborough App is a modern concept, which enables the administrator/ registration coaches to register students, monitors progress of students, shows if kit needs to be ordered, shows fees that are paid, if fees are still outstanding and much more.

The application design is based on the logo colours. Its sleek look and user friendliness speaks for itself.

Back End Panel

We have designed and created the Back End Administration Software with tailored features that are connected to the Mobile App. Once the student is registered on the Mobile App, the back end panel is updated instantly. The panel can be accessed by the staff members as well the coaches. Through the relevant account, each coach can check which students are assigned to them. Details such as number of matches, date, time and age group of the students can also be reviewed. The Back end panel also allows the coaches/ administrators to manage the club’s financial affairs such as fees, discounts, outstanding amounts and much more.

As for the staff, fee status, student particulars and every other relevant detail can be accessed, reviewed and edited by them even if they are on the go.

This App has taken football administration to the next level. The registration and administration process for student and the staff has become effective, hassle free and less time consuming.
